MODZIW created a full interactive unit from start to finish, sourcing components and programming from scratch. Using a custom NFCZ system designed by MODZIW for this companies products, they had 18 of these units added to their trade show booth. Each of these units had custom graphics and information that supported the 12 products displayed around it.

Stand alone unit

With the trade show interactive units receiving a lot of positive feedback, the company wanted to create a smaller NFCZ unit to be used in-store. MODZIW had then designed a compact unit that would disassemble into three pieces to ship flat. All of the correct measurements were given to a vendor through his 3D renderings to produce the exact design.

Play the video to watch the Dragon product interactive program go through all of the options. Turning the touchscreen gave more interest to the user but had to be taken into account when programming. The mirror button is for the user to see themselves in the product, but the camera needed to be turned accordingly in the final unit.

NIKE eyewear

NIKE eyewear tasked MODZIW with creating two video games for a booth at the Litlle League World Series. MODZIW created and programmed the games from scratch to test hand eye coordination through time and points. The game’s large 55 inch touchscreen had to accommodate all player sizes from little children to adults.

The Games

MODZIW designed Smash’em to resemble a pitcher throwing all kinds of pitches across the home plate. Keeping track of high scores let you know how your hand-eye coordination is compared to others in a fun way.
Catch’em was the second game choice that used time to test hand-eye coordination. The game resembled pop fly balls that continually got faster and faster until you got three errors. Using the 55 inch touch screen allowed the players to feel like they were really interacting with the game.

The Games

In Smash'em, the player's finger has a color trail used to hit the baseballs. If a baseball gets hit twice, you get a double point, and if you hit a gold baseball, you get 50 points. Without hitting the red explosive baseballs where you lose points.
In Catch'em, the player's finger or fingers are followed by a clear 3D baseball glove. Players see how long they can last as the baseballs increase their number and speed.

IN PROGRESS:
MODZIW always wants to create the most interactive programs for clients. In doing so, it keeps the viewer interested and learning more about the product. The turntable had displayed specific 3D frames that the user could interact with, but now displays the click-through screens for brand divisions.
